Hi all. @ddangle All has been disclosed if you read the ann. There were clauses in the purchases and there was a need for capital to settle them. The raise was done and now the settlements will be completed. That is common practice. There is no hiding anything nor failure to DD compliance issues. Just have another read through the ann's.
