I am actually leaning towards Penikat being a non starter & exiting post that announcement.

Kingsrose were told a verdict could take up to 12 months. We are now at 11 months. The longer this verdict takes to be delivered the worse I feel about it.

Also with a verdict so close, why would Fabian & the board make such a disruptive decision?? Fabian was instrumental in Penikat. He was also instrumental in the BHP Xplor program.

I have been a long time supporter of KRM & management, but as a Top 20 holder something just doesn't sit right with me.

The only saving grace for current holders is if everything turns to custard, everything bar COH is valued at zero anyways.
