As you may be aware, liquidators are required to lodge statutory reports with ASIC under section 533 of the Corporations Act 2001 and regulation 5.5.05 of the Corporations Regulations 2001, where there are reasonable grounds to believe an offence may have been committed under Commonwealth, State, or Territory law,and where that offence has had, or is likely to have, a material adverse effecton the interests of creditors as a whole or a class of creditors.

We will take your comments into account as part of our consideration of the sestatutory obligations.

Australian Securities and Investments Commission (“ASIC”) is the corporate regulator in Australia. It is an independent government body responsible for overseeing and regulating Australia's financial services, markets, and corporate activities to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with the law. It appears that the matters raised in your email may be best directed to ASIC, as the appropriate regulatory body.

We also note that voluntary administrators are required to investigate the Companies’ affairs and report to creditors on potential claims and recoveries available to a Liquidator (in the event that the Companies are placed into liquidation), and report offences identified to ASIC.
