If he had the capability in building a company of increased and significant value, he would have.

He had the resource, the location for more, the boards support, the shareholder support, the broker support, the $$$ and all he needed to do was motivate the troops and steer the ship.

Unfortunately, he didn't to the satisfaction of the board nor the shareholders. Some people can, and some people can't. Unfortunately IMHO, he couldn't.

Bring on someone who doesn't get giggly like a schoolgirl only over the rocks, and alternatively actually can put together a driven and motivated team to unlock shareholder value.

Value is the key, and that means delivering results, not promises.
