I'm not going anywhere, i see too much short term value here!
And herein lies the issue with expecting or predicting the release of Anns, and that's assuming they're positive!
If the market doesn't get what it seeks things can go south really quickly!
They will come when they come and NO the company can't withhold material information when it is made known to them.
I don't recall the exact wording but i think this rule is a little ambiguous when the release of information has to be done in a "timely" fashion, that can be manipulated a little to suite the company, but only marginally.
Thats been my experience anyway!
