‘begging’ isn’t out of the question here as in
strongly asking non judicial people if we can
keep the licence !

’bribing’ - again think of 3rd world countries
they come up with ridiculous new fees and levies and
permits for doing business

are any of those fully legitimate ?

Of course I am not suggesting that David F and
AMD are acting anything other than 100%
legally
