as part owner of ALK (via my shares) there is nothing wrong to expect and demand the board to act with integrity and competence.
Once the merger takes effect and all things equal, ALK's SP should improve substantially which makes ALK attractive investment now while the market assigns massive discount due to being managed by people who don't know how to take advantage of its assets only milk wages.
