A broken and poorly located ATM is very bad service. I will be surprised and annoyed if CUS is not planning beyond 2012- they've had enough time to prepare- and indeed reviewing all other cash flow opportunities. I suspect your daughter just paid for her cash out in the product price...there are probably smarter ways to avoid the fee. This is a fast changing situation and things could go either way.
