How is the stock undervalued with no land access, no permits or infrastructure in place.
It’s a pure spec play that might eventually mine, which would require hundreds of millions of dollars and years to develop infrastructure which would result in more dilution to an already bloated share registry.
Please tell me how this stock is undervalued?
