    Hi JC

On 1 July 2019 Brady became TLS CFO.

At that time TLS was $3.61 - so as of today as CFO then CEO the sp has risen by approximately 33%.

On 1 July 2019 the ASX 200 finished the day at 6813. So as of last night it has risen by around 25%.

Thus under Brady’s watch TLS sp performance has easily beaten the market.

And remember TLS can only do buybacks because under Brady’s watch the company has been able to happy generate sufficient free cash to do them.

Given the above set of circumstances I would think at the moment most s/holders would be reasonably happy with her tenure as both CEO and CFO.

    Anyway that is my opinion.
