Whatever Redhill. I used BHP as an example. I can also provide examples of start up companies with no track record whatsoever of stitching up preliminary/highly conditional sales contracts.
Sales contracts that both parties can walk out on at any time if the product falls over, the factory isnt built, the colour of packaging is the wrong shade of black, etc etc etc.
Gloss over it all you want but the fact remains that is a very odd situation to be in.
The market seems to think so as well.
