I agree. The EU currently imports >90% of its battery-grade graphite from China. You don't really want to rely on other for such an essential material for defence.
I am not worried about there being a demand for the Talgas product. The hard part was always going to be financing to get this off the ground in uncertain economic times. EU will step up IMO.
