    The sentence below regarding the drop in net income is quite interesting.
    It is likely caused by landlords rushing to sell out, particularly in VIC which has introduced draconian laws.
    Hardly likely to be caused by falling rents is it.
    Have the government fulfilled their empty promises to build more public housing? Er no.

    They are following in the footsteps of idiot Starmer and Ms Reeves from accounts.
    Huge numbers of millionaires are leaving the UK due to tax policies.
    They are the ones who run businesses and employ people, spend money, create more wealth.

    Oh dear, in actual fact they do of course pay tax, how are the government going to replace this money to keep all the Muslims, in 4 star hotels with free food, free mobile phones, free e scooters and 50 quid each a week pocket money.


    Wow 91 Australian millionaires paid no tax, but they did give large sums to charities, fair enough imo.
    The most skint people were students, no doubt many of them foreign.
    Some doing useless courses to get visas for themselves and their families in here through the back door.

    Overall net rental income for 2022–23 was $1.6 billion, down from $6.0 billion in 2021–22.
    No doubt you yourself Justis claim all the possible tax deductions for your business as possible, fair play.

    I do feel sorry for unskilled workers who earn very low wages though.
