Adding modules to the EVA plant IS the best option here IF it is allowed without FID. While it might mean another capital raise, it could be the last one.
In the last quarterly, this was said:
The Company expects to have lower operating cash outflow in the short term as the Company rationalises operations and reduces fixed and variable costs.
Not sure if this is happening.
