A) Sulphur Spring:- C.90M out of 180M is being spent on this asset. 4 things are happening here
i) Bill is basically repeating the Woodlawn playbook here i.e Derisking the project ahead of FID by developing the decline all the way to the bottom of orebody so when its time for production all this underground infrastructure is already in place and focus can purely be on production tonnes and not development meters. (e.g. this is what BGL got wrong - no fault of DVP - BGL were doing development and production at same time - chaotic!!!)
