Gotcha. Effectively they make money on the way down by shorting, then make money by selling the shares (that they got at a 7% discount) to the market. Nice work if you can get it.

I would have assumed the 5 million is for Trinidad. Can't see another reason to raise funds as we've got the cash for Georgia mobilisation already (and Puntland mobilisation if we need it). Would be nice if we could announce mobilisation then do a placing with the SP at a higher level to take the whole of Trinidad into Range.

Time will tell. March has the potential to be a big month though- we'll find out what's happening with Trinidad, get Georgia mobilisation, and hopefully get that Puntland rig mobilised after all this time!
