Jumpstart ! I Imagine that seeing CDU engaged Sinosteel to design the plant and that the Sino design team have been out here ( including a visit to Ernest Henry ) to make sure they get the design right - that its probably a given they will build it !

As to whether they fund it ? well the MOU said CDU had a full mine funding package offer by Sino - But Wayne let Azure open a data room to see if they ( presumably ) could find a better deal.

Either Way I still think Sino will build it !
