The loan deal was done directly with GSF. I was not even notified that my loan had been approved before repayments started coming out.
The loan had nothing to do with BEN who wrote to me about a year later and said they are now the owners of the loan and I should make my repayments to them.
I have not done so.
BEN have blaclisted my credit rating.
BEN have not been able to show me any information stating that they are the true owners of the loan.
I feel well within my rights to allow the courts to determine what is an appropriate outcome.
The point of all my posts on this is that BEN and I dealth with GTP and we are BOTH going to get burnt.
I would be happy to settle a court dictated cents in the dollar amount with the bank. I will go bust before giving them the full amount.
