ASIC, stop wasting tax payers money on a lost and pointless cause. Concentrate on current events and those that are actually breaking the law. If I bought shares at the time of the announcements, I would be a very happy man today.
knocking an Aussie company around when its in its prime is a disgrace and totally unAustralian. This was properly dealt with in the original court case.
