I came across this discrepancy on the NRC site a few days ago. Could it be they are playing safe and still quoting the timeline they had envisaged before the current 'fast tracking' as they have no concrete dates set?
Every other post, piece of information or quote I have come across states 'early 2012 production'. In light of how management delivers on time, every time and the exhaustive effort and detail they have put into the application, I'm going with the 2012 production date...
