As noted by @1234zxcv, there has been no buying by HHR. It's simply a reduction in voting power % because PRM raised more capital and diluted its holders.
Agree nevertheless that some clarity around the whole purpose of HHR being invested in this shell (that has now pivoted to hydrogen??) should be provided to us.
