Also did a bit of deep digging using AI and the speculative suggestion was that this is a reasonable move along her own career path. It suggests that she may have out-grown Clinuvel and likely aiming to put more emphasis building her own consultancy firm. That making a shift at this point in her career is not unexpected.
This of course is purely speculative.
