BD, what's your view? Do you believe that TZ have been stretching the CIC line?
Not only are we TZ 'fighting' confidentiality issues, but also TZ cannot release other information on the ASX eg CEO updates.
I've never seen a company so willingly bent over the 'confidentiality barrel', as TZ have been. Companies in FAR lesser negotiating positions seem to have no issues with CIC
