If it makes use of the investment funds we've already expended here, and Govt backs it to the hilt, and they can at least get political neutrality if not bipartisan support, and it doesn't involve a massive dilution of existing shareholders (us) and a big cash raise (i.e. Government comes to the party instead) then I can certainly support this initiative and hope for a clawback of lost momentum and a re-rate.
