Alex Scanlon is focused on building infrastructure there at Wudinna, to become a hub for gold and silver production in the area for others to participate in!
But he also foreshadows other options like directing it to an offshore refiner, selling to an offshore producer given proximity to port.
Or truck it up to Tunkillia to be milled there.
Given the volumes involved the most optimal and ambitious of the options will be that BGD will have 3 production hubs all up (Tunkillia, Tarcoola and Wudinna) with an enormous footprint. Obviously subject to Cobra shareholders' approval with Wudinna (but why wouldn't they?).
It pretty much comes down to costs analysis, and a combination of options as they proceed.
Serious stuff, BGD is not mucking around.
Serious assay pesults also pending re Tolmer mid July.
Well worth listening to the entire discussion, which fortunately is fully considered and not rushed.
It's never a good idea to rush shareholder messaging unless you can avoid it. This one allows the context to sink in and rewards anyone referencing back to the Anns for more detail.
Anytime I get anxious about overseas developments particularly in the US (which is coming unstuck in ways previously thought unimaginable), I'm reminded to focus on having stocks like BGD. Actually there aren'tmany like this one depending on your focus. He sets out why towards the end of the discussion, particularly how a disciplined approach to using a cumulative approach to production and self-funding minimises dilution and attract high net worth shareholders. BGD SP is responsive to market sentiment towards gold.
