    In case you missed it - two directors nought 2% of the company for circa $90k

    On top of that, I can imagine friendlies bought in on the shortfall too

    This was a cynical way of grabbing further control and potentially wresting off any challengers

    It truly does undermine trust in the system when this can occur in the public eye unfettered
