She has these QUADRUPLE Dipping shares/options already put in her purse and we Shareholders will pay if we don't approve.

What is telling is the REGULATOR IMO needs to Review the 1.5% Gross Success Fee given;

1.Back on 7 Feb 2020 it was subject to Shareholders Aproval.
2. The subsequent GENERAL MEETING in June 2020 left this 1.5% Success out. FOR GOOD REASON as why should INDIANA Shareholders pay a fee on PROCEEDS to other Claimants.
3. THUS WE SHAREHOLDERS NEVER VOTED ON THIS FEE OF over $2,000,000 paid this year to Barnes


4. INDIANA told PORK PIEs in its ASX an Anouncement of 29 July 2024. THE Audited Accounts picked up the Pork pie.
5. This fee US$1,350,000 was put into a TRUST Account, as it was meant to be ....

Let's look at the A$180,000 Bonus Paid in Nov/Dec 2023, a past Director Opposed it and the Board tried to BS us in the Dec 2023 Qtrly Cashflow.
