Now Info, what do they mean by this?

"Golden State has located a service provider with the necessary US based support expertise. The provider is available and willing to supply the required services such as geological technical and development support, including economic evaluation study expertise which is necessary to determine the economic viability of current wells to meet Bureau of Land Management requirements. Final contractual negotiations are proceeding and shareholders will be informed of details in due course."

I thought they had met the criteria for commerciality hence this announcement-

"Golden State Resources has received State approval for the Right of Way to construct and maintain a natural gas pipeline along the water ROW. The approval and recognition of gas production capability is a milestone for the development of Golden Eagle Gas Field."

I wonder if things will become any clearer from here on in??????????
