Defabs, Assuming That Not all of CNPs US assets sold belonged to SUPERLLC. In the hope they had retained some capital after this sale I would assume that would be used to pay their debt first (super llc)

    e.g
TRUST A has 100 million after sale and paid to CNP. CNP would use what ever percentage of these funds to pay for their debts in superllc (or is it a case of, CER will look after it)

The reason this needs to be looked into is because,
The debts reported in for the US properties totaled 8billion dollars with a sale of 9.4 billions dollars.

This leaves us with 1.4 billion dollars after the sale and debt paid out.

How much of this will go to CER? or CMS40? or CNP?

IF CER HAS SOLD EVERY ONE OF IT'S PROPERTIES IN THE US>>>

    then here is our scenario.

    We are left with:

Around 445 million left on our balance sheet. Australian properties etc.
That is around 19c NTA per share.

However, There is 1.4 billion dollars to be split amongst the various left to split up?

Obviously CER would not get all of this residual money, But we can have a estimation of what could be added to CER as a result.

    0c to 61c a share
    so
new NTA would be somewhere from
    19c to 80c

Highly unlikely we would get 0 money as we have had some descent equity in CWAR1 CWAR5 and CENTRO GA America.

This would of been to the tune of 22c, (i think Defabs posted something similiar)

    Heres the Bad news everyone,
If the properties were sold just slightly less of the book value then we will have a smaller NTA then 41c as reported a few days ago.

The good news is that there is money left over

    BUT

If CNP were to get any of this before CER is returned it's impairments then it would be disgusting!!!

I am assuming that of the 1.4billion dollars residual is CER's CWAR1 n 5 and Centro GA's equity.

So much to understand.... Hopefully I am not confusing people even more or at worst misleading you all.
My numbers are often incorrect !!
