Hi Brainybull
I dont hold CNP so please take what I say with a grain of salt.
There is still a negative equity position that CNP needs to be dealt with but I think through either a sale of its management rights and/or a cap raising, that will be rectified.
Its liquidity position will be improved as CNP will be able to pay off high interest Aust debt from the sale proceeds after all US debt is paid off.
The performance of the Aust portfolio has been very solid over the last 6 months.
CNP is back in the game. No doubt about it. Whether it is on the bench or on the field kicking goals, that remains to be seen.
Cheers
