Good news for CETTIRE . Share price will reactive positively this week

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act, signed into law by President Donald Trump on July 4, 2025, includes a provision to end the de minimis exemption for commercial shipments from all countries, effective July 1, 2027. This means that starting on that date, low-value shipments (currently those valued at $800 or less) will no longer enter the U.S. duty-free and will face increased customs scrutiny and applicable tariffs.

Until July 1, 2027, it’s largely business as usual for de minimis shipments from most countries, with some exceptions. For instance, the Trump administration has already eliminated the de minimis exemption for Chinese goods (including Hong Kong and Macau) as of May 2, 2025, via executive action, meaning those shipments are already subject to duties and taxes.

Other countries, like Canada and Mexico, had their de minimis exemptions temporarily paused but restored until proper tariff collection systems are in place, so they remain eligible for now.
