TFG, Yep all very positive, another thing to consider is the current interest rate cycle on the way down, so when they get the funding( which I believe they will) the borrowing rate will be much lower, possibly 2% or more and they certainly makes the whole project more viable. Now let's hope Tom takes up his entitlement, that would be another very positive statement
