    FIL hold close to 500 million shares.

    They sold not much more then 1 million shares (40k) before the JV.

    They there were the only significant shareholder to support the company in the CR and then sold some after the EGM.

    In the meantime between the CR and the EGM, their name was mentioned as part of a takeover panel submission trying to delay the EGM on this basis.

    I know you want someone to blame but I don't think there is any great conspiracy with FIL, if anything they are a supporter.
