I have read the document. Yes they sold 26 million shares at 0.6c after they took 53 million at 1c.
FIL have never held more then 10% of FBR, they were also the only large shareholder to support the CR in any meaningful way.
They sold the 26 million after the CR, maybe they didn't actually want the full 53 million in the CR but did it to support the company and then they have their name referenced in a takeover panel submission which made absolutely no sense.
Fidelity dont owe anything to FBR, but they are not the type of actions a company that is looking to do anything nefarious.
Maybe they are actually just clearing some space so they can take more of the next CR to support the company to keep it going. If they are allowed to take 10% of FBR now they have more room to take more of the next CR.
