I tend to agree. A good producers stays to plan. Scheduled BOD meetings will most likely dictate quarterly. They need to use this year for “doing what they say” First step is tell us what u are going to do….. hint is in incentives. Hard part is then doing.
Anything thing outside of plan is bonus.
