I think, short term at least, this is a no-win situation for ordinary shareholders. If the deal is voted down ? loading the company with debt, maybe a reduced dividend etc, there will then be a perception that WAN is avoiding engagement with new and diversified media. Everyone knows the issues around print media long term. What do you do?
