Hi all,

Great response from Couger. They have taken it to the next step which will force the Gov't into defending what must now rate as a flawed report from the ISP. It may still mean no reversal of the shutdown in QLD but it has shown other potential interested parties around the world that this company stands by it's technology.
I also believe that the members of the ISP would have been hoping in some way that the CAT wouldn't fight back, because it now puts these 'experts' in the embarassing position of defending so many glaring errors in a report that a state Gov't has based it's whole case on.
I still think we might be dead in QLD but in the long term that might br a good thing for the Company and it's investors but a very bad mistake for the people of QLD.
