The proof in just how good FNT is I feel will come from the buying from England over the next few months i.e. as the deal was negotiated over there and since FNT is high profile over there, Im sure there must be some interested parties willing to buy the stock on the basis of profit numbers that the company has previously stated.

Poor interest will certainly not be a good sign.

In terms of dillution, as Grant has mentioned, this should be interesting over the next 6 months. The founding members of Advantel will effectively become minority shareholders - so there goes their influence. What of the english directors? They dont own much stock so what if the FNT vendor and new placement holders decide to turf everyone out? Job security for directors seems to be an issue here.

Lets just see what happens when the stock starts trading again. Alot of hype was built up over FNT when the stock was up in the 40s and 50s so a poor response here wont be good. My feeling is that instos will wait until they see some real profit number being generated.
