"savvy financial journalist" believes that the concentrate plant will open, achieve steady state, then complete the plant expansion to double the tungsten output and build the oxide plant.
I have been surprised they have not done a capital raise to take advantage of the market cap. But see it is part of the NASDAQ listing in the US which is smart and will give them a bucket load of cash to fund there expansion.
Meanwhile over a EQR they have a 350t crushing plant that was fully funded years ago and is still sitting in a shed waiting for them to raise more cash.
