Stephen I hold Carbon Energy shares also and as you know they were given the green light to recommence business but this has done nothing for their share price either. Don't forget there's a difference between Green light and a well written response.
This fiasco will take some time correct itself even with green lights, there's been huge carnage as a result of the incompetent way this has been handled, not to mention the snail pace you'd only expect from a Government Dept such as our DERM.

Now we're in for another Marathon, how long this will take is any body's guess but I hope it's Quick.



I agree it is a well written response and one that had to be pursued as all that read the report would have to agree it was flawed big time and that justice must prevail, if this is not overturned then I'd have to say it's corruption at it's best and should taken further. Sad thing about all of this, is we're all going to pay more as well as those that don't even hold shares because this has already and will continue to cost the tax payers of Qld heaps!!

Nothing new though they just waste our hard earned $$ hand over fist!! Just upsets me to no end the way they waste our money.
