They placed 50m at 1c discount, which was over subscribed. so they're well bid at 9c in the short term. Given the average daily volume in these I don't see them below 9c.
Once the newsflow picks up in a couple of weeks, who knows, will depend on results.
Lastly, why would you want to sell them below 9c?
