The whole thing is fishy......... clearly LKY was expecting this to be made public, hence their statement. Lets see how it plays out. If you personally knew about this wouldn't you feel obligated to share with other retail investors? If I'm wrong, then I'm wrong but at least I didn't sit on what I thought needed to be shared. Anyone investing their hard earned dollars in a company should know about all possible hiccups.
