For the product to get 'off the ground' imo we need to use it locally to support the gov and carbon reduction / tax etc, greens dont like the idea of exporting although they also dont understand coldry either but might like the idea of using locally - comprimise. The Gov might be 'all over' coldry as we speak and want it but unless they build there own plant cant have it as Viet might well want all the 2mtp for security back home, therefore if a deal might be struck where we build 1 larger 'demonstration plant' (thats for you SP3) say 5mtp and we can achieve both out comes, Tincom pay capital investment and sell locally. Comes down to the FS.
