The way my feeble brain understands it is that CNP has been given $100M to wind up operations and divvy amongst shareholders, which is under the current capilisation of the company so we all collectively take a haircut. CER then becomes the headstock of the company with a value of NTA $0.41. If I am way off beam here please let me know.
