    makes you wonder just what the knowledge was that made that director sell down 6 mill shares...quite timely dont ya think??? he would have easily known about the NTA of 1c p/s and the dire situation looming for the Co...i think this smells BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
