I think that is about right , but the cash in hand from the raising decreases the discount of that number caused by the dilution ?
On their opaqueness, when was the last time you saw a company at this end of the market keep quiet about good news for long . Your lack of confidence not unreasonable.
I would imagine that to allow an informed vote on tranche 2, they have to go beyond weasel words , but who knows?
