Is this saying that there is now a justifiable Convertible Note offer to a handful of lenders at 3.5cents per conversion share (now that the price has been rammed down to make this seem like it is a "premium" however it is really a discount to where the price was prior to the Patras fiasco ?)
And are the mentioned options a bonus for free if the Lender elects to convert their debt to 3.5 cents shares, they will also get a 24 month Option at just 4.5cents ?
Really, this is something else after a series of stuff ups ..
