I followed the LTR thread where there are lots of informed posters and one of the posters who monitor Int’l lithium companies has mentioned that the last 13 days lithium carbonate has been going up.
I picked the bottom of the last lithium boom and it would not surprise me if it’s about reverse and go into overdrive.
The thing about Vulcan is our lithium is the purest of the purest and commands premium a large premium. If investors perceive that the bottom has been reached, they will be a mad scramble to be part of the next lithium boom and the debt
considerationswill be a thing of the past very quickly.
A recent European bank that I have forgotten but I did see some figures put out mentioned that if the lithium price was €15,000 a tonne then Vulcan would have a target price of 4 euros as a base case
If the bull case €22,000 tonnebased on a lithium hydroxide price was achieved then you well would be worth 8euros… both solely on the lithium so one can see if there’s another boom in lithium. VUL will be worth a lot of money.IMO very conservative
