will cliff head final decision delayed??

I'll ask again. Now that the rig is late to spud CH5, and with the 20% increase to capex making CH5 all the more important, what does the forum think about the posssibility of the final decison on cliff head being delayed another week??
From my data, it's suppose to be made on the 25th, but CH5 will not have hit its target by then.
