The Performance Rights were subject 4 weighted deliverables as below;

"Cancelled" is a nice way of saying that the final result would have been a pretty low percentage score, and that they have agreed to call it zero. Irrespective, I applaud Andrew and the Board for taken this action. They could easily have allocated half of the share but have quite rightly chosen to take the higher moral ground.
This gives me a lot of confidence as a shareholder. Nothing would make me happier than to see Andrew make a few million dollars in this financial year by getting the share price back to where we are all in the black.
